We are a family business with a presence both in Javea and in the UK. The principal management team is resident in Javea and is therefore in a position to offer you a very personal service. All properties are owned by our family and we are in total control to provide a level of comfort and amenities to meet our own exacting standards.
As we are in Javea througout the year we are able to give first-hand advice on matters as varied as the weather, local attractions, various sporting facilities and other interets.
Spain can be unpredictable, but we seek to offer you the expectation of a very high standard of service and commitment, drawing on our own experiences as parents of four children and holiday-makers in this area of Spain for more than thirty years.

JAVEA (XABIA), the jewel of the Costa Blanca, is a select, very attractive international villa resort with a distinctive Spanish air, though quite cosmopolitan, with a large English presence. It is in three parts, with the towering Montgo mountain as a backdrop to the narrow white-washed streets of the Old Town, leading to the bustling Port with its nightly fish market, modern marina, shops and numerous restaurants and from there along the coast, where you will find the water sports, to the sandy Arenal beach with a promenade fringed with bars, restaurants and shops. At night, during most of the year, craft stalls are set up, amusements for the young start up and some bars transform into disco-bars.

There is something for everybody here in Javea: sports
facilities, tennis, riding, golf courses, bowling greens, windsurfing and other water sports off the safe
beaches, mountain walks, and the numerous restaurants to suit many tastes and
pockets. Close by is Aqualandia, the largest water park in the world. Terra Mítica, the new theme park based on the ancient civilisations of
Rome, Greece, Egypt, Iberia and the Balearic Isles, at Benidorm (20 minutes by
car). Terra Mítica is the largest theme park in Europe. Terra Natura,
opening spring 2005, wil have 4 themed zones of Europe, Asia, The
Americas and prehistoric hausing 1500 animals, where the visitor can
wander. It will cover 340,000 sq metters, there will be restaurants a
play areas, offering unrestricted acces for those with disabilities.
The second most visited attraction in
Spain, the Guadalest rock fortress town, is nearby, and is a very good day out.
Javea is almost equidistant from Alicante and Valencia airports - little more than 1 hour's drive on the A7 motorway.
